AoG PRISON MINISTRY CONFERENCE – on Wednesday 12th November at Rotherham New Life Church. This is suitable for everyone involved in prison ministry and for those wanting to know how to begin. See the notice board at the back for further details, and Mary has the registration form.
The 2008 MAF CONFERENCE will be held in the church here on Saturday 11th October so there will be no other access that day.
WEDDING ANNOUNCEMENT – The marriage of Daniel Klus and Maryla Zaczyk will take place in the church on Saturday 18th October at 4.00 pm.
STREET NATIVITY
Is anyone interested in being part of a street nativity organized by Churches Together in Wellingborough for 3 pm on Christmas Eve? They are looking for actors, musicians, and crowds! Please let Mary have your name if you are interested in joining in.
TEEN CHALLENGE UK CONFERENCE - will be held at the Hayes Conference Centre in Swanwick from 7th-9th November. This is an opportunity to learn about what other centres are doing. The Evidence (who visited us last March) may be present and the weekend is an opportunity to deepen understanding of how trapped lives have been freed and transformed by Jesus. More details will be available soon but if you want to know more, please speak to Carolyn or Lewis.
MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES
We need two more teachers and four more helpers to support the older Sunday School group which meets in the church office - young people aged 11-14 years. Please pray about this and see if God wants to use you in this vital ministry. Heidi can tell you more.
We need someone to help in the kitchen at Little Cogs Toddler Group on Tuesday and/or Thursday mornings from 9.30-11.00 am. Please see Rose Taylor if you can help, even if it’s only once a month.
