MOMBASSA ORPHANAGE
Robert Starling and Hannah are returning to Kenya at the end of September to visit the orphanage in Mombassa again. They will be taking the money Steve and Gina have raised for the new orphanage building. Please pray for their safety whilst away, and that they will be a blessing to all the workers and children. MOUNT SINAI DESERT CHALLENGE
For those who like a challenge, Elam has 25 places on a sponsored challenge in Egypt from 16th-23rd May 2009. They hope to raise a significant amount of money towards the cost of sending 1 million New Testaments into Iran. You have to pay for the trip yourself and get your friends and family to sponsor you. It is a ‘moderate grade’ challenge involving trekking and some scrambling up steep slopes. PRAYER ANSWERED
For those who remember praying for Kookil (Doosik and Hyunok’s nephew who was very ill following a near drowning incident), you will be pleased to know that he is now completely healed. They all wish to thank everyone for their collective efforts in prayer and they praise God for what He has done. And we all echo that praise and give all glory to Him.
Doosik and Hyunok ask us to remember them in prayer for their ministry in Fresno, and for their health too. They both received treatment in Korea recently.
