Ian and Lynwen Hicks
Ian and Lynwen came to Wellingborough in 1979 after leading a church in South Wales for five years. Ian is the Senior Pastor of Reachout Community Church. Lynwen is a school teacher and is the worship leader. Ian and Lynwen have two married daughters and three grandchildren.
Jim and Mary Aldwinckle
Jim and Mary moved to Wellingborough in 1970 and they have been in pastoral leadership in the church since the mid eighties. Jim is responsible for the day to day running of the church and Mary is the Office Manager. They have grown up family and one grandson.
Andrew Harris
Andrew has been in eldership since 1987. He is Pastor of Reachout Community Church Irthlingborough and also has responsibility for overseeing the other church plants. His wife Amanda is the Manager of our Day Nursery. They have two grown up children.
Jim Careless
Jim has been on the leadership team since the early nineties and he assists Andrew in the work at Irthlingborough along with his wife Anita. They too have grown up family and are grandparents.
Michael Sivers
Michael has also been in church eldership since 2005 and he is part of the worship team. Michael and his wife Rebecca lead an In Touch group. Rebecca is responsible for our KRASH children's ministry and they have a young family.
Paul and Zoe Rhodes
Paul and Zoe have been leading the church in Rothwell since 2002 after they returned from Albania where they worked with Lightforce International. They have a young family. Zoe runs Twinketots - a parent and toddler group.
James Greenacre
James has been part of our leadership team since 2003. He has overall responsibility for the youth work in the church.
